The House

After a little bit of counter offering we accepted their offer. They didn't come down on the price but they will be paying 6% of the closing cost. Appliances & 3 or 4 window air units are included. All things that we would need to buy! Lord willing this will be a smooth transition. We will line up an inspection soon.I believe the closing is set for July 10th. I must get busy packing!
